Start requesting your time off now and be sure to plan for a good 8 days off as it will take us 2 days to get to Pennsylvania and 2 days back with a 4 day event in the middle. We are in negotiation for a bus and there will be a transportation fee much like Shiloh. Every man will need to bring at least 400 rounds and for this event each unit will be responsible for it's own ammo instead of a battalion wide effort. To conserve bus space and to accommodate the Pennsylvania summer heat we will be going campaign for this event.
